A full UI/UX redesign was undertaken across the website and learning portal, with performance-focused architecture to improve responsiveness and SEO. Conversion pathways for enrolment and course exploration were restructured with clarity and intent, helping prospective learners find what they need faster.

Custom LMS and member portal rebuild

The centrepiece of the engagement was a complete redesign and rebuild of the learner portal experience. Interactive features including progress tracking, certification, gamification, and course engagement tools were built from scratch. Secure learner profiles and compliance workflows were engineered for professional accreditation, with a modern, responsive UI ensuring seamless learning across desktop and mobile.

Administration and reporting tools

A powerful backend was developed to allow MHA staff to easily manage users, content, and platform updates without technical intervention. Integrations and infrastructure

Stripe was integrated for secure payment processing, while Google Analytics, Search Console, and marketing ad platforms were connected for deeper visibility. Mailchimp integration enabled automated and personalised learner communications. The platform was migrated to AWS using a multi-zone, scalable hosting solution capable of supporting 100,000+ concurrent learners, with enhanced security including WAF protection, secure databases, and full rollback capability.
